Are all of your products available for online purchase through the shopping cart?

No - many of the items that are shown on our website are restricted and therefore need to be purchased through an authorised and licenced dealer.  

What can the general public purchase online? 

We have a great range of merchandise available for purchase via our online shop such as clothing, giftware, torches and soon we will have knives.

To set up a retail login:

  1. Click the Login link at the top left-hand corner of the home page.

  2. Click the Register link at the bottom of the login set up.

  3. Fill out the required personal details and read and accept the terms and conditions.

  4. Click Next,this should complete your login and take you to your My Account page.

Who is eligible for a trade account?

A trade account is for bona fide retailers and selected licensed dealers. Existing trade accounts will be established and managed by our Morisset office. For enquiries concerning new trade accounts please contact our accounts department on 02 4970 4377 or email accounts@grycol.com.au.

How do I print a transaction receipt?

To print a receipt or transaction record for web purchases:

  1. Log in to your retail or trade account

  2. Go to the My Account screen via the link in the top left-had corner.

  3. Under the heading My Orders, click the link View my orders.

  4. Select and open specific web order and print.

How do I change my username?

Your username is the email you used to register for a retail or trade account. To change your username:

  1. Log in to your retail or trade account

  2. Go to the My Account screen via the link in the top left-had corner.

  3. Under the heading My Account, click the link View or change my account information.

  4. Edit your details in the corresponding boxes and click Save.

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Log in to your retail or trade account

  2. Go to the My Account screen via the link in the top left-had corner.

  3. Under the heading My Account, click the link Change my account password.

  4. Type your current password and the new password in the corresponding boxes and click Save.

I forgot my user name?

My trade account is locked. How do I get back in?

If your trade account has been locked, there might be an issue with the account. Please contact the accounts department on 02 4970 4377 or email accounts@grycol.com.au and we can ensure that the issue is addressed so you can gain access to your account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept direct deposit, cheque, MasterCard and Visa - however these will attract a merchant fee of between 2.32% to 2.49% depending on the type of card.  This fee will be applied at the time of purchase.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order, providing it is in stock, will be shipped within 1 -2 two business days.  Delivery times will vary depending on shipping address, but usually within 5 - 7 days

I made an error in my purchase. What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to alter or correct your order. Customers may be subject to freight and/or restocking charges if corrections are made more than one business day of order placement or if the order has already been fulfilled and / or dispatched.

What is the cancellation policy for website / retail customer orders?

Cancellations within one business day of the order will be fully refunded to the customer. Any cancellations after this period or after order fulfilment, will be subject to any freight charged and/or restocking fees that are applicable.
