This Transport Restraint System uses a combination of the Smith & Wesson Model 1 Universal Handcuff and Model 1900 Leg Irons both in satin nickel finish. The chain length between cuffs is 813mm. Smith & Wesson Handcuffs are fabricated from the finest quality carbon steel. They are manufactured with heat treated internal lockworks, featuring smooth ratchets for swift cuffing and double locks to prevent tampering.
